Whiston Youth Club

Who are we?

Whiston Youth Club is an inclusive, friendly and fun youth club based at Whiston Parish Hall, Rotherham for young people aged 7 to 11 and 11+ We offer a safe space for all young people to come and just be themselves!

All our staff hold enhanced DBS checks, attend regular safeguarding training and practice the 'Trauma Informed Approach'

Entry is £1 per session and there is a reduced cost Tuck Shop available for both clubs, we also provide free toast and fruit at each Senior session.

What do we do?

Whiston Youth Club is an open access group that supports young people from Whiston and the surrounding areas. We operate two sessions, both on a Thursday evening during school term time.

Junior Session runs 6pm until 7pm (Age 7-11)

Senior Session runs 6pm until 8.30pm (Age 11-18)

Each session involves games, music, crafts, sports and sessions aimed at developing the life skills of the young people we serve.

Each session is Youth Led we have a set of values that are agreed with our young people at the start of each year.
